Vision
We envision a Syrian society where people live in dignity and freedom, equality and justice are upheld without discrimination, victims’ rights are ensured, and perpetrators of violations are held accountable.

A non-governmental, non-profit human rights organization protecting victims, supporting transitional justice, and strengthening governance, participation, and dialogue.
We envision a Syrian society where people live in dignity and freedom, equality and justice are upheld without discrimination, victims’ rights are ensured, and perpetrators of violations are held accountable.
We are a human right, non-governmental, and non-profit organization committed to documenting and monitoring human rights violations. We work to protect the rights of victims, advocate for their causes, support efforts toward transitional justice, promote institutional governance, entrench a culture of human rights, promote dialogue, active participation, and reconciliation, as well as empowering youth and women through building their capacities.
CNRD works toward a society governed by the rule of law, where citizenship, coexistence, and civil peace prevail and all social components enjoy civil, political, and social rights under a legal system that guarantees rights and prevents impunity.
We are an independent organization free from political or ideological influence.
We support victims of violations, promote a culture of accountability, and fight impunity by highlighting human rights abuses.
We respect all individuals regardless of race, religion, or gender, with particular attention to Syria’s multicultural fabric.
We support marginalized groups, especially women and youth, to rebuild their lives and actively contribute to Syria’s reconstruction and governance.
We promote constructive communication among all components of Syrian society as a foundation for reconciliation and conflict resolution.
We involve communities in developing long-term solutions that contribute to lasting peace, stability, and the recovery of Syria’s social, economic, political, and legal systems.
